Tamale, Ghana – In an exciting announcement, the Business African Consulting group is gearing up to launch the highly anticipated All Star Festival with a vibrant 16 communities football gala in Tamale, the host city of the 2024 edition as reported by mavericksportsgh

This year’s All Star Festival promises a diverse lineup of activities, including the community gala matches, a traditional durbar, a sports business summit featuring esports, a legends night celebration, the unveiling of the Abedi Roundabout, a theme park, All Star games pitting international stars against local selections, and a culminating musical concert.
The 16 selected communities participating in the football gala are:

2. Moshie Zongo
3. Poloya Fong/Aboabo
4. Sagnerigu
5. Kukuo
6. Nyohini
7. Zogbeli
8. Sabonjida
9. Hausa Zongo
10. Kpalsi
11. Changli
12. Kakpagyilli

14. Saka Saka

These communities will be organized into four groups of four teams each. The top two teams from each group will progress to the quarterfinals, ultimately leading to the semifinals and the highly anticipated finals, set to be the curtain-raiser for the main All Star games at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.
The community gala matches are scheduled to commence on May 4th, promising thrilling football action and community spirit. A draw for the groups was conducted at the Modern City Hotel in the presence of community leaders, adding an element of excitement and anticipation to the event.
The football gala will not only showcase local talent but will also honor outstanding performances with accolades such as Man of the Match awards, Top Goal Scorer, Best Player of the Tournament, and a Best XI. Notably, three standout players will earn the prestigious opportunity to join the local selected side to challenge international stars in the upcoming All Star games.
