Prices of food in the capital has been at an all-time high, forcing many to cut down their food intake with many skipping breakfasts.  

Breakfasts are considered the “most important meal of the day” so whatever eating formula – 0-1-0, 1-0-1, 0-0-1 or 1-0-0, you use to survive in Accra, remember that early morning meal is always important. Don’t skip it!  

However, with many not being able to afford three square meals daily, what are cheap breakfast options for anyone living or surviving in Accra?

1. Koko and Koose/Bofrot
