Both Hasaacas Ladies and Omnisports finished the group stage with four points, but it was the goal difference that determined their fate. Hasaacas fell short due to their earlier 3-0 loss to Edo Queens, which overshadowed their strong performance against AS Garde National.
Omnisports, who also secured a 6-1 win against AS Garde National, lost 1-0 to Edo Queens in their final group match. This narrow loss allowed them to edge out Hasaacas in the standings, thanks to a better goal difference.
As a result, Hasaacas Ladies’ journey in the WAFU B qualifiers comes to a disappointing end, while Omnisports advances to the next stage.
