In a tragic case of robbery turned fatal, four men—Prosper Amegashie, Jamel Ahmed, Bilal Mohammed, and Martin Victor Agba—have been handed a 20-year prison sentence each. The crime, detailed by Prosecutor Inspector Maxwell Ayeh, occurred on the night of August 29, 2023. Police were alerted to a man stabbed and left in a pool of blood in Tema Community 22 annex. The victim, later identified as 27-year-old Victor Addae-Bredu, was attacked by the culprits while riding his motorcycle. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The postmortem confirmed hemorrhagic shock as the cause of death, marking a somber end to this case.
