In Kuwait, a community in the Ga South Municipality of the Greater Accra Region, a 47-year-old man has been arrested for the alleged defilement of a three-year-old child. The man, known as Eto Emma, was apprehended by the community members and handed over to the authorities at the Tuba Police Station following his capture during the incident.

The incident was reported on “Nyankonton Mu Nsem” on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM by Oheneba Ademah, a correspondent for Rainbow Radio. According to the report, Efo Emma enticed the young girl into his room on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, while her mother was away at the market. The crime came to light when another resident heard the child’s cries emanating from Efo Emma’s locked room, prompting her to knock, but she received no answer and could not gain entry.
