It’s reported that the late CEO of Kiki Bees Restaurant may not have been murdered, but instead died from a severe head injury, according to Angel News. The 41-year-old businessman, Bennet Agyekum Adomah, was previously thought to have been killed at his girlfriend’s house. Mam Yandeh Joof, a hotelier and Adomah’s girlfriend, has been at the center of the allegations.

The Prosecutor, Inspector Jameson Awumey, revealed to the Madina District Court that the autopsy report was ready. He requested that the court order a search of the phones belonging to the accused, the deceased, and a friend of both, Roy Addy Lamptey. The family believes there may have been a conspiracy in the businessman’s death.

However, Kassim Muniru, the defense lawyer, objected to the prosecution’s request, arguing that the application should be formal and that the deceased’s wife’s phone should also be examined. The court, overseen by Mrs. Susana Nyakotey, granted the prosecution’s request, allowing them to access the phones of the three individuals named by the prosecution.
