This water project is a crucial part of Tekpetey’s foundation, which aims to install boreholes and water systems in underserved communities. Speaking after the project’s launch on December 26, 2023, Tekpetey expressed his excitement and future plans, stating, “We had a successful program, and the impact on people’s lives truly matters. Witnessing their happiness after years of struggling for clean water was truly gratifying.”
He added, “Our hope is that anyone who drinks from this water will find healing through faith. This blessing extends beyond me; it’s a boon for the entire town. It’s incredibly fulfilling for my team to support Gomoa Olefreku in this manner, and we remain optimistic about its success.”
bernard emphasized the importance of societal contributions, citing their theme for the year derived from 1 Timothy 1:5, emphasizing charity and love. He concluded, “Making a positive impact is crucial for society. It’s about the heartfelt love of creating something meaningful.”
Furthermore, due to his outstanding performance for Ludogorets scoring 11 goals and assisting 5 times, the 26-year-old forward has secured a spot in Ghana’s provisional squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
