The National Armwrestling Team of Ghana, known as the Golden Arms, is set to compete at the 2024 World Armwrestling Championship in Chisinau, Moldova, from August 15-25.

The team includes African Games double gold medalists Grace Minta from the Ghana Police Service, Edward Yamoah Asamoah from the Ghana Immigration Service, and civilian competitors Blessing Abeka Nunoo and Godwin Sackey, also affiliated with the Immigration Service. Officials Husseini Akuettteh Addy, Nii Otoo Larkyne, and Abigail Fremah will accompany the team.
This participation underscores Ghana’s growing presence in international armwrestling.
