On August 26, 2024, the Ghana Football Association (GFA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Ghana Health Service, unveiled a new fully equipped ambulance at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence (GSCE). This ambulance will be stationed at the Technical Centre to provide crucial emergency support for players, officials, and staff.

The addition of this ambulance is expected to significantly enhance healthcare services at the facility, which serves as the training base for the country’s national teams. GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku commended Health Minister Dr. Okoe Boye for his instrumental role in securing the ambulance, alongside the Chief Director of the Ministry.
General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo emphasized the importance of the ambulance in safeguarding lives and thanked the Ghana Health Service for their support. The official unveiling was attended by GFA executives, including Vice-President Mark Addo, former officials, delegates, and the media.
