The Black Princesses fell 3-1 to Avenor Stars U15 boys in their final preparatory match at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday.
They are set to depart for Colombia on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, which runs from August 31 to September 22, 2024.
Since June 27, the team has been training intensively in Cape Coast, focusing on tactical strategies, physical conditioning, and team cohesion. They moved their camp to Accra over the weekend to finalize their preparations for the global tournament.

The Black Princesses will begin their World Cup campaign against Austria on September 2, followed by matches against Japan and New Zealand in Group E. The team is determined to surpass their previous six attempts to advance beyond the group stage and make a significant impact in the tournament.
