A video circulating online shows the man seated on the ground next to the dog he purportedly killed. Voices of residents can be heard in the background, chastising him for his actions. One man laments over the fact that the slaughtered dog was intended for Khebab, a popular roasted meat dish, expressing concern that unsuspecting customers would unknowingly consume dog meat instead of the usual cow or goat meat.
