In a conversation, the commission’s CEO, Benjamin Arthur, stressed the necessity of a cooperative strategy to enhance relations between public sector workers and the government. He expressed, “When there’s significant unrest in the country, particularly in industrial relations, it sets us back, which is not beneficial at all. It strains relationships and hinders development. Therefore, if we aim to progress, we shouldn’t wait for disputes to occur before implementing dispute resolution mechanisms.”
