Former Liverpool star Andy Carrol confirms attendance at Ghana’s All Star Festival

The All Star Festival aims to soar to new heights by infusing a more global flavor into its yearly involvement. Ernest Koranteng, a seasoned sports journalist and head of the BAC group, has roped in former Liverpool star Andy Carrol, currently playing for Amiens in the French lower division, for the upcoming event in Ghana.

Carrol, once a prominent figure in the English Premier League with Newcastle and Liverpool, expressed his definite intention to attend the football festival in Ghana, stating, “I will love to go to Ghana, it’s one hundred percent I will be there in Ghana.”

Notably, the 2023 edition of the All Stars festival was relocated to the Brong Ahafo Region, fostering a three-day event that brought foreign-based Black Stars closer to local communities, allowing fans to engage and enjoy memorable moments with their football idols.
