Although acknowledging the Ghanaian coach’s call, Frimpong had already made up his mind. The 22-year-old defender’s exceptional performance in the Bundesliga—contributing 13 goals across competitions—has garnered attention, with Spanish giants Barcelona showing interest ahead of the winter transfer window.
