The 2024 Paris Olympics officially commenced last Friday, and Team Ghana is poised to showcase its talents on the global stage. The Ghanaian delegation, consisting of 21 members, includes eight athletes competing in various disciplines and 12 officials, among them notable figures like Ghana Olympic Committee President Ben Nunoo Mensah and Chef de Mission Isaac Kwasi Aboagye.
Team Ghana made a striking appearance at the opening ceremony, adorned in vibrant traditional smocks, symbolizing the nation’s rich cultural heritage. Among the athletes are swimmers Harry Stacey and Joselle Alice Mensah, who will dive into the competitive waters of Paris 2024.
