A 13-year-old girl opened up to her teacher in a hand written letter that she had been sexually abused and beaten by a 29-year-old man she lives with.
The abuse has been happening for the past two years when she was just 11-years old.
The teacher previously with no knowledge about the abuse, noticed she had been dull for a while.
In the letter shared by X user @niidosu, Ama (not her real name) painfully wrote: “I have sexual transmitted diseases and I am suffering from it. I wish I was a boy.”

The case was reported to the police and the man was arrested.
But was later bailed by the woman they both live with despite confessing to the crime in his police statement, according to the X post.
With no one to defend the girl, she was tagged a bad girl and accused for seducing the man.
The post on X added that: “The case was reported to DOVVSU and apparently the woman is influencing it and it seems the officer in charge isn’t pursuing it like she should.”
The teacher rejected initial attempts to bribe him to drop the case and, “they later started issuing him threats and since then Ama has not reported to class,” the post concluded.
