Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia’s wife, Mrs. Samira Bawumia, has shown her support for chef Failatu Abdul-Razak’s attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking marathon. This support came in the form of a generous donation, which was revealed in a Facebook post by event organizer, Eric Toscar.

The donation, delivered by a delegation on behalf of Mrs. Bawumia, included a variety of cooking essentials. Chef Failatu is currently showcasing her culinary prowess at the Modern City Hotel in Tamale, aiming to surpass the current record held by Irish chef Alan Fisher. The record stands at a remarkable 119 hours and 57 minutes of continuous cooking.
