“The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) wishes to inform the general public that the GNFS recruitment process is no where near the medical stage, contrary to circulating misinformation.”

The statement urged the general public to disregard such fraudulent emails and report the scammers to the relevant security officials or to GNFS.

“Applicants are therefore urged to disregard such false claims and avoid being anxious to pay moneys to fraudsters. Our official email remains: info@gnfs.gov.gh.

“We strongly advise all applicants to be vigilant and cautious of fraudulent activities online and on social media platforms and immediately report such suspicious activities to the GNFS and/or law enforcement agencies for prompt action,” the statement said.
