Ghana trailed by a goal to nil heading into the first half break. Ernest Numah scored to level the match, and Jordan Ayew came off the bench to net the match-winner deep into injury time, sealing the victory.

This win moves Ghana to second place in their group, keeping their chances of qualifying for the World Cup alive. Ghana will host the Central African Republic on Monday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
