The 2024 Real Estate Experience organized by the Graphic Group and GREDA has today kick-started in the capital.
The three-day event will take place at the GHUD Park, Accra Mall from August 1, to Saturday, August 3, 2024.
The event features exhibitions and seminars on topics about the real estate industry.
Today, the seminar saw experts from GREDA discuss the concept of Green Housing, Lakeside Estates explaining the ins and outs of Home Ownership and authorities from the Land Commission of Ghana walking participants through the process of Land Acquisition.
The schedule for tomorrow includes topics such as Property Management to be delivered by Silver Star Tower, Land Purchase and Land Acquisition by FNB Bank and the Lands Commission of Ghana respectively.
Home Ownership and Home Construction by Lakeside Estates and FNB Banks will be the first two topics on the last day, before the Lands Commission of Ghana draws down the curtail for the event with a final touch on Land Acquisition.
Anyone with interest or looking to invest in real estate can pass by the Accra Mall within the three days for expert knowledge and consultation.
