There is suddenly hope for motorists on the Accra-Tema Motorway after years of traffic jams and delays.
With an astounding 92 percent of the project completed so far according to reports, the Flower Pot interchange flyover is almost complete.

The much-needed infrastructure improvement is expected to relieve the decades-long chronic traffic congestion in the area.
Commuters and drivers alike have been hampered by the Flower Pot interchange, which was built to reduce the infamous traffic jams and accidents.
The project, which started in 2020, intends to shorten travel times and enhance traffic flow between Accra and Tema.
The flyover is expected to be commissioned in October, marking a significant milestone in the country’s efforts to modernize its transportation network.
