The GHS5million defamation lawsuit filed by Ghanaian Actress, Martha Ankomah against industry mate Kojo Nkansah, popularly known as Lilwin will be heard by an Accra High Court tomorrow.
The July 31, 2024 date was set following the completion of a Case Management Conference on July 25, 2024.
The presiding judge over the conference, Justice Forson Agyapong ordered that the Kumawood actor be informed of the court’s decision to hear the case tomorrow through the usual means.

Martha Ankomah filed the suit in response to some defamatory remarks Lilwin made about her in a video that went viral.
Lilwin criticized the actress of her reluctance to work with Kumawood stars and some statements she had made undermining story lines from Kumawood.
Lilwin also questioned her success in the industry, saying it was due to support from men rather than her own merit.
His remarks included foul and unprintable words.
